Water Aerobics

Water aerobics is a low-impact exercise that puts less stress on your joints and muscles as the water takes the weight off the legs and back making it more comfortable to obtain the exercise the body needs.  Come and take the trial class for free on June 9!

  • Mondays and Wednesdays
  • June 14 - August 4 (no class on July 5 & 7)
  • 10:00 am - 11:00 am
  • $20 for 7 weeks (14 classes)
  • Dow Park Pool 
  • Ages 55 & Up
